What if I told you there’s no such thing as good or bad?

Think about it.

Take any situation—a job loss, a failed relationship, an unexpected turn of events. Is it inherently bad? Or is it simply our thinking about it that makes it so?

Shakespeare said it best: “There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.”

Here’s the truth: Events are neutral until we assign meaning to them. Our perspective, shaped by past experiences, beliefs, and emotions, gives them power. What feels devastating to one person might be seen as a blessing in disguise by another.

So, what if we flipped the script?

Instead of labeling something as “bad,” we asked:

• What can I learn from this?

• How can this serve me?

• What’s the opportunity hidden here?

You’d be amazed at how life shifts when you stop judging the moment and start seeing it for what it is: raw potential.

Now, take a moment and ask yourself:

• What am I labeling as “bad” in my life right now?

• How could a different thought turn it into something empowering?

When you realize you hold the pen that writes the story, suddenly, nothing feels impossible.

What meaning are you choosing today? Let me know your thoughts below!
